Your outer world is a direct reflection of your inner self.

Take a look around your home. What story does it tell? Is it calm and inspiring or do you see a lot of chaos? Maybe you just aren’t feeling the same vibe anymore or maybe you love your decor but still feel stagnant and uninspired. If you can relate to any of this it’s time to shift the chi in your home.

Living well means continuously changing and shifting the way we approach the world but this is hard to do when you are living in a space that feels uninspiring. Just like the chi energy we have flowing through our bodies, our homes have their own energy that needs shifting from time to time. Our homes should always change and grow with us. In fact, we are limited in our growth unless it does.

Think of your home as a river. All of the channels must be free for the water to flow through gently and steadily. The clutter you collect in your life and bring into your home is like the pile of branches that eventually builds a damn and interrupts or slows the water flow. Moving around your furniture has the same affect providing a new path for chi to flow through bringing with it a new revitalized chi.

How often do you change around your furniture or switch up the decor and books on your shelves? I can’t tell you how many people I have helped that moved into their homes, lived there for ten years and never once changed the furniture around. It’s no wonder they felt stuck. They were stuck! It also never ceases to amaze me how many of them report back with the positive changes they experience in their lives once the changes were made.

If you’re looking for a way to be more focused on your goals, bring more harmony to your relationships and nourish your energy on a daily basis, take and honest look around your home and make the changes needed to live your best life.
